Yangtze RIver to See World's Largest River Cruise Ship in May 2020

Asia’s longest river, Yangtze in China, is getting the world’s biggest river cruise ship. While Yangtze remains a popular destination for river cruises, it's never before seen such a huge cruise ship to ply its waters.

Victoria Cruises, the only American cruise line currently sailing China's Yangtze River and offering departures year round with international multi-lingual cruise directors, has just revealed its plans to put into service their largest river cruise ship in May 2020.

The Victoria Sabrina, a seven-deck, 270-cabin giant will be able to accommodate up to 700 passengers. It will offer up and down Yangtze River itineraries from Chongqing to Shanghai and vice versa calling en route to a variety of places of interest including Fengdu, Shibaozhai, Wanzhou, Shennong Streat, the Three Gorges, Yichang, Wuhan, Nanjing, etc.

While all of Victoria Cruises boats are specially designed to navigate the Yangtze River and officially rated five stars by the China National Tourism Administration, the Victoria Sabina will easily become Victoria’s most over-the-top offering yet. It is announced that Victoria Sabrina is the first ship to take full advantage of the river’s Three Gorges Dam, a USD31 billion hydroelectric dam completed in 2003.
