The Amazing Thai Taste Festival 2019 to Start June 7

The annual The Amazing Thai Taste Festival 2019 is going green this year: the participants are encouraged to bring their own food and drinks containers to enjoy discounts from the participants. The festival will take place in the Siam Square, Bangkok, between 7 and 9 June from 11 am till 8 pm.

This time, a special Organic Food zone will be organized for health conscious foodies. It will offer visitors ready-made organic meals as well as cooking workshops under the guidance of well-known organic farms and communities. The main focus of the event this year gears towards sustainability and eco-friendliness.

The festival is a colourful showcase of diverse and flavoursome Thai gastronomy. The whole event is organized with the support of the Tourism Association of Thailand (TAT) and aims at presenting visitors with the many diverse tourism experiences connected with Thai cuisine in order to encourage travelling foodies to sample the original cuisine in its province of origin.

Every year the festival features a special theme, and this time it is 'Thailand Food Paradise’. 120 delicacies from every corner of the Kingdom will be presented at the festival distributed between the seven key zones. These zones are Organic Food zone, Trendy Food, Michelin Guide, Street Food, Local Food, Cooking Class, and Entertainment zones.
