Attractions to Check in Selangor in 2019

Tourism Selangor (Malaysia) has revealed the list of attractions located in the state recommended for visiting in 2019.

While there are suggestions to suit all tastes and budgets – from a water theme park to a fruit farm and an outlet mall, the list includes almost exclusively sights and activities which are on offer since relatively recently. First of all, Tourism Selangor recommends the guests to check the Royal Klang Heritage Walk, Sky Mirror, Gua Damai Extreme Park, Bangi Wonderland, Tanjung Sepat, Selangor Fruits Valley and Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA.

Also, the authorities eye recreational tourism as a means to maintain the very essence of rural Selangor and thus quality recreational infrastructure for both locals and visitors will get more finance. Ecotourism is an important part of the tourism sector in Selangor. The state will develop more sustainable tourism projects in Kuala Selangor, Sabak Bernam and Hulu Selangor.

In Selangor, tourism generates over RM5 billion (USD1.2 billion) yearly.
