Easy Pass System in Bangkok was updated

The automated toll collection system in Bangkok named Easy Pass was finally renovated. Its throughput was increased from 500 000 to 1 million cars per day.

The automated toll collection system in Bangkok named Easy Pass was finally renovated. Its throughput was increased from 500 000 to 1 million cars per day. In the past the high load led to mistakes in a toll collection data.

The Expressway Authority of Thailand, which directs Easy Pass also changed the toll bars, the length of the bar was reduced from 2.9 meters to 1.9 meters. It provides well co-ordinated work of the system. The bar lifts up faster, which allow cars to pass more conveniently.
