As a travel agency experiencing rapid growth, our finance team plays a crucial role in navigating the complex intersection of travel operations and financial management. We handle everything from multi-currency transactions and supplier relationships to revenue optimization and risk management in an industry that never sleeps.

Responsibilities:

People management: leading a team of 5 professionals.
Effective cash flow planning and management.
Main coordination point between Bangkok, Singapore, and Israel offices in the finance group.
Participate in weekly meetings and provide necessary and important information.
Ensure compliance and internal control.
Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge.
Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities.
Arranging financial audits and reviews as required.
Monitoring and analyzing financial performance.
Managing budgeting processes.
Reporting financial status; reporting results.
Developing improvements.
Developing finance organizational strategies.
Proven experience as a Financial Specialist.
Proven experience in Financial reporting and financial planning areas.
Internal Audit, communicate with other departments.

Qualifications:

Fluent English is a must (written & spoken), Thai native
10+ years experience in business finance, with the last 2 years in a senior leadership role
Experience in preparing reporting for IPO, investment, or business sale is important.
Expertise in taxes is a must.
International experience and/or education.
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
Excellent analytical and planning skills.
Flexible communication skills.
